We are sorry to announce that due to rising costs of the running and upkeep of the salon, we have no choice but to put up some of our grooming prices, services will be increased between £3-5 and some of our baths £10. We are sorry to do this and hope you understand and continue to support our small business, please see our website for our new prices which will come into full effect from June x

I haven't got around until now to post an update and thank you all for your kind generosity to those who supported our Christmas charity photo shoot just to let you know along with personal donations, we raised £105! which was split into 3 charity's so big THANK YOU!!❤️

£50 action four paws https://action.four-paws.org.uk this charity helps all wildlife inc l bear bile farms, the fight against big game trophy hunters, rescuing zoo animals from Ukraine along with many other disturbing animal cruelty human sports.

£30 went to a local charity second chance animal rescue in crockenhill who have just had 4 ponies dumped on them in last 2 days and need all the help they can right now. get.http://www.scar-crockenhill.org

£25 went to soi Dog foundation many of you will know the work this charity is doing for street dogs and the underground dog and cat meat trade in phillipines which is just horrendous. https://www.soidog.org/

We hope you all agree these are all well worthwhile charities and can also bear them in mind if ever you wish to donate further to any animal charity, we know times are hard for many so it's a big ask and a huge thank you from us.

Morning all I've just had news that the QE2 bridge is closed due to 2 protestors climbing up it 🙄 so unfortunately our groomers that were due in today won't be able to get in traffics over an hour all morning (they live in Essex) plus in all surrounding areas will be blocked so we are going to have to reschedule any appointments for today if you have an appointment we will contact you. Were very sorry for the inconvenience caused

Tomorrow is going to be 38 + pavements will burn paws dogs will suffer heat stroke our salon will also be too hot so we have decided to close tomorrow and reschedule appointments booked we will be calling individually x

Hello all I hope you are all enjoying the sunshine that's finally arrived!! ☀️😎 Just a few updates

We are experiencing very busy times at the moment and are taking bookings for around 4 weeks ahead, please bear this in mind when booking your dogs for their grooms. As the weather gets hotter wait times may be longer than this, we are highly recommending all our regular clients book ahead for their summer grooms, and to book your next before you leave if you can.

We are also able to book more than 1 groom ahead if you would like to book 2 or 3 or can also set up automatic repeat appointments so you never get caught out. Please ask if this is something that will be helpful to you.

We are trying our best to answer the phone unfortunately this is not always possible as we have no receptionist and we don't want to keep leaving our hairy clients during their groom. We are kindly asking that you please leave a message when you call, we promise will get back to you as quickly as possible.

And lastly we unfortunately have no students enrolled or training currently so are not taking any future student bookings at present. we will let you know when our very popular half price student grooms are back. Sorry for the inconvenience of this.

Important notice to all customers

Sadly we have had to increase our grooming prices, over the last 3 years we have had two increases on our shop lease and also our running costs have increased dramatically. We have tried our best to a avoid a price increase but unfortunately can no longer afford to keep the shop going without one.

All of our grooms and services have been increased by £3.

We want to also take this opportunity apologise for this and to thank you all for your understanding, support and loyal custom.

Please be very careful if attempting this, especially if your dog has poop stuck I strong recommend soaking off before trying to trim as you do not want to cut close to the skin with scissors and need to be able to see clearly xx
