Great experience using the self service wash today. I have a thirteen year old beagle who has took to not liking the whole grooming process so I decided to do it myself and was looking for somewhere that was set up for that, found suzies pets at Whilton locks and so gave it a go. Made very welcome and everything was explained to me in detail on how to use everything, all towels, shampoo, brushes etc were provided so no need to take anything but the dog. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming and although Jasper didnโ€™t really love his experience he was far more comfortable with me doing it. Will definitely be going back. Thank you.

I just wanted to say a massive thank you to everyone that's supported me not just today, but over the last 5 years, some amazing people have stayed with me the whole time.
I celebrated a year from today, as thats when I opened in whilton, and to me that's when my business finally begun ๐Ÿ™Œ I've been through alot of highs and lows to get where I am today, but I'm bloody proud of myself.
As many of you know being a small business owner is hard, and sometimes a lonely place, but I've met some totally amazing people, and made some really good friends along the way. โค๏ธ

I love what I do and I love meeting you all and helping you with your furry friends. I especially love it when they come to us so nervous, but after a visit or 2 they are so excited to come in and be pampered and maybe a little spoilt. ๐Ÿคซ

So thank you thank you thank you, couldnt do it without you all.
