Some very sad news this week. Beautiful Darcy passed over to the rainbow bridge. 🌈
I've been looking after Darcy for almost 7 years. It hurts, it hurts a lot. All of the dogs I look after become part of my family. Freddie was only 5 when she first came to stay. My boys have grown up with her.

My first dog as a child was a Golden Retriever, so Darcy has always had a special place in my heart.

She was uniquie, strong-willed and everything was on her terms or not at all. Ha ha.

We love you and we will miss you so very much🌈😭 🐾💚

What a week!

This was me last night, cuddled up with my Roo. It's been full on for both of us...

17 walkies in total which have included A LOT OF RAIN! At one point my watch said 'swimming exercise detected' so I was that wet it thought I was submerged in water! 🏊‍♀️
The weather definitely impacts your mood. Lighter days are coming. Dryer days are coming! Warmer days are coming. Stay strong!

21 different doggies, including two newbies - Margo, Lola, Nala, Tilly, Sen, Millie, Monty, Rosie, Milo, Max, Alfie, Rex, Chewie, Arthur, Mabel, Digby, Isla, Lady, Louie and Bella.

I have to praise my team -

• My friend Alison (Peanut's Mum) for helping out on some of my walks. Not only does she help with the dogs, she also listens to me offload lol

• Roo, you are a crazy little Spaniel. The perfect resident dog. You've kept every single one of the 21 dogs we've seen in the last week entertained, even when they didn't want entertaining 🤣

• My Dad (and Walmer Batteries) for coming to the rescue when my van broke down in Kingsdown on Wednesday! That was a fun day 🤣

• Lastly, thank you to my washing machine, which has probably worked the hardest of all this week. There has been an insane amount of wet dog coats, towels, blankets as well as my soggy garments spinning around, the poor thing is exhausted! 🤣

Myself, Roo and the washing machine now all have a weekend off, which we feel we have earned 🙋🏼‍♀️😆

Roo is at the market with her Dad and I'm in bed with a cuppa trying to find the motivation to deep clean my dog room! Send help (preferably a cleaner!) 🧼🧹🧽

As promised (a fair few of you have asked) here is my WEEKDAY daycare availability between now and the end of April. If you have a boarding enquiry, please send me a message as this is just my daycare availability.

If your dog is registered with Pawsome and I have seen them in the last 12 months, please send a message to the page or WhatsApp me to book.
If your dog is not registered with Pawsome or they haven't attended any sessions in the last year, you would need to arrange a trial/refresher session before any daycare slots could be agreed.

Happy Saturday everyone! I have my first day off since January the 2nd today and I'm currently in bed with a cuppa in a completely empty house, very strange! Roo has gone to the market with her Dad (they go together every Saturday morning) and I have the glamorous task of cleaning Pawsome HQ today! 🧽🧹
