Custard was our final pup to get dirty last weekend so she also received a Bath & Go and had her paws trimmed whilst she was on the table. This girlie is getting so much better with the brush (now just the dryer to master!) 💜🐾🛁

Our fluffy polar bear Nova joined Maya on the walk the other day and got a little muddy too! She also needed a Bath & Go to freshen up her beautiful tail again 🛁🐾

Maya went on a very muddy walk earlier so needed a Bath & Go on her return. She also needed a good de-shed and was about due a groom anyway! 😍💜

Little Custard was a bit mucky after rolling in some poo and sliding around in the mud! She went for a quick Bath & Go and we practiced desensitising her to the brush - something we are still working on. Doesn’t she look so fluffy now! 🛁🐾

Unfortunately from January 1st we will be closing The Spa and Groom Room.

Conifer Kennels and Cattery has and always will be our biggest priority and with staff becoming fewer and weekends becoming busier, unfortunately that means our grooming will have to take a hit for now.

We might be able to still fit in holiday grooms if your dog is boarding at the kennel as we are keeping most of our equipment in order to keep on top of our own dogs - something we haven’t had time for in a long time. This cannot be guaranteed though.

We opened The Spa and Groom Room during the COVID-19 Pandemic when neither of us had much work. Now working full time, both of us are finding it almost impossible to keep a work-life balance. Fingers crossed this gives more time for family and our own pooches and maybe later down the line we can reopen again!

In the meantime we are honouring all bookings until December 31st and will work closely with your new groomer to ensure the easiest transition for your dog.

Thank you all for your support over the last 4 years. It hasn’t gone unnoticed! 💜

We are working on desensitising her with the brush as she’s not a huge fan! This is a work in progress but she was so much better with the mini trimmers and nail clipping this time! 🥰🩵
