I don't think I need to explain how much everything has went up in price over this last while.. we haven't increased our prices in nearly 3 years 🤯(and that was only £2) so in order for us to keep purchasing the best products and providing the best service to all your fur babies there is a small price increase when we open again 💜 Just send a wee DM if you have any questions

Deep clean is underway at the minute so we are all ready for all the hair, p*e and everything else to wreck the place again on the 8th 🤣

Ok this is a long one but it's questions we get a lot so want to answer them here for everybody 🐾

🦴 Will I just call back in hour to see if dog ready?
Please do not call back for your dog until we contact you.
The reason we ask you not to call back early is because if groom isn't finished and they see you...they get super excited, distracted, very hard to settle back down making finishing the groom harder..and longer ✂️

🦴 How long will groom take ?
We can give good estimate most of time to this question for each particular dog. We understand sometimes dogs are in one hour and next time in three ..so makes it hard to plan pickup time..we try our best to stay on schedule but we are working with live animals and are many factors that make our day delayed ...

It depends on what dogs are in before, were they on time, matted, nervous, difficult to handle, aggressive..the list goes on..also how many 💩 needed cleaning up, how hungry groomer was and if needed break to eat (god forbid lol), how many people call into salon for nail clip/asking about apts etccccc

We are not keeping your dog here longer than necessary..we love them all but the longer stay its more 💩 to clean up lol and longer to try keep them clean 🕥

When dog ready we expect that they are picked up promptly unless otherwise agreed

🦴 Why don't you answer your phone ?
Yes we are a business but we do not have a receptionist..we can't answer the phone when in grooming.. as .. grooming/busy working/ driers on so noisy..but if do want to ask about time or something about dog that's in please send msg we will be able to get back to that quicker. Even when not grooming, answering the phone is difficult with young kids...so msg on fb/ txt is best/ no voicemails please it takes weeks to be able listen 📞 please be patient with replies to msgs as it's another full time job ontop of grooming & being a parent ♥️

🦴 How much is a groom?
We do have a basic starting price list for certain breeds but every dog is different (esp if cross breed) and price varies based on many things- size, coat condition, how long takes to groom, if matted... We can give estimate if shown pic but can't be accurate until see and assess dog 🤑 although the majority of regular dogs groom price remains the same each time(unless we do overall price increase) please don't assume this as if matted for example and takes longer we need paid for this time 🫶

I am actually a bit affraid of doing this post... about..... CHRISTMAS APTS 🎅🎄🎁🤶

I'm really not ready for this 🤪🙈 but we have had alot of enquiries already and as always I want it to be fair and get all the ✨longterm regular customers✨ in then sort ✨newer regular customers✨.

We appreciate each and every customer so this time of year is hardddd cos we want fit everyone in the lead up weeks to Christmas but hoping some ppl will be happy with earlier December apts .. There are only so many hours in the day and we have to enjoy some family time too. Saying that of course we will do our best to accommodate you all somewhere 🥰

I will be pencilling in our regulars over the next while so will know more about availability but to make sure your on our Christmas apt list please just ✨COMMENT UNDER THIS POST✨
(add days/times that suit if needed too)

I already have lot of DMs to get through for current apts and it will be easier for me to track on here ❤️

Hey everyone 👋Just giving regulars a reminder and letting any new followers know about our cancellation policy 🐶

🐾 Please give 24 hours notice to cancel apt
🐾£10 cancellation fee to rebook if apt not cancelled with 24 hours notice
🐾If you just don't show up for apt the no show fee is up to 100% of apt to rebook. If this happens more than once we won't be able to book you in again

If you need to reschedule apt it's no problem at all. Please let us know as soon as possible that you can't make apt as it will give us more time to try and get someone else in. Even though we are very busy with a cancellation list this is harder than you would think as people usually can't come with little notice and it takes time to try and sort (taking away from grooming or family time)

We try and give 10mins grace for apts but if running late please let us know so we know your on way. If you don't we will start to look for someone else to come in as will leave us way behind on our day and we may not be able to take you.

We know last minute things pop up too but we are self employed and work on an apts only basis so I hope you understand why we have this policy in place.
