Good morning , as we are now one groomer short, the diary is filling up very quickly as we don’t have as much capacity. Please book in advance wherever possible,as we’re having to make people wait a few weeks for appointments that weren’t rebooked at their last visit. Thank you in advance for making the diary easier to manage
Can I please ask anyone who would like an appointment to message me as it can be difficult to follow the comments. I think I’ve got back to everyone so far x

Good morning everyone we hope you’ve had a lovely Christmas. Most of you don’t know but one of our full time groomers will be going on maternity leave in the next few weeks. This means unless we can get someone in to take on her workload we will have less capacity. So with this in mind we strongly recommend you book in advance, I know many of you do but if you could let me know how many weeks you’d like to go between appointments I can make sure you’re in the diary. Thank you in advance for planning ahead, it definitely makes our life easier as we won’t have the room to squeeze anyone in.

The salon is now closed for Christmas and will reopen at 9am on Thursday 4/1. We have had an extremely busy December and couldn’t have done it without the help of our amazing team, Ellie, Becky, Rachael and Catherine. Thanks girls you are the best and you’ve earned your break. Thank you too to our customers for your cards , gifts and good wishes, you’ve spoilt us again and we’re all very grateful. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you all and we’ll see you after the holidays and a big sit down 🐶☃️🎅🏻🍷

Hi everyone, tomorrow marks the start of a very busy month in the salon, and as in previous years every dog coming for a groom during December will receive a small gift from us, as a thank you for your continued custom. Every owner will also receive a Christmas card, but this year we’ve made it possible to win a free groom by being the recipient of the card that is printed upside down. If you receive this card please let us know and you will get your next groom free of charge. This is completely random as they’re all mixed up so make sure you check yours. This is just a bit of fun so good luck to whoever finds it. 🐶🎅🏻☃️

The salon is now closed for a few days rest before the Xmas rush, and will re open on Wednesday 22/11 at 9 am. This December is extremely busy so if you can’t make your appointment for any reason please ring to let us know as we have customers waiting. Please arrive on time for your appointments and collect your dog at the given time wherever possible. We can be contacted through Facebook or by my mobile 07876346903 if you need to discuss an appointment whilst the salon is closed.
