In an introductory consultation for all new customers we will discuss any health concerns your dog has or has had and record these on grooming record cards along with likes and dis-likes, temperament, vet contact details, styling requirements for both summer and winter if required and many more details all to encourage the best possible care, health, comfort and wellbeing of your pet Your pet will be groomed within our calm, relaxing atmosphere to ensure your pet remains relaxed, stress free and happy throughout its session with us. Our vehicle provides the highest standard in hygiene and is equipped with the highest standard of equipment including a Hydro bath and fully fitted shower, an electrically operated grooming table, built in dryer/ blaster, fully sealed non slip flooring, heaters and ventilation to provide a comfortable temperature controlled environment, fully tested and protected electrical system, Doggy doors for your pets’ security and all the professional restraints we may require to make your pet feel safe and secure. All surfaces within the vehicle are fully integrated and sealed and are sanitised and disinfected between every appointment to ensure the stop of cross contamination and health of your dog. Just to let you know we are on a weeks annual leave, returning on 7th august. We will answer messages best we can.

Also, we are not taking on new clients at present. Unfortunately Michelle is unwell and for now it’s important she recovers fully, so we decided for now to close our books to new custom.

Sam is moving away from us, she’s scaling down her hours with us as she has her own grooming salon K9 clips.
