Hey everyone I hope you are all doing well! As a heads up I am currently fully booked throughout May. My earliest availability is currently the beginning of June but I am on holiday between the 10th-22nd so please bear this in mind when booking in your pooch for a groom as at this moment in time I’m going to need as much notice as possible to be able to fit them in.

Unfortunately the last week I’ve had a few last minute cancellations and no shows. So many of my clients are amazing and for most this does not apply but to those few, please understand that I am sending my son to nursery so I can work, and I’m also SO busy at the moment and making some regulars wait 4+ weeks to get their pooch in for a groom.

I understand last minute emergencies happen and most of the time I don’t charge a cancellation fee but when it becomes a regular habit with every appointment you’ve booked, or newbies just not even turning up without a message to say (even though I’ve sent a reminder text) it’s leaving me out of pocket and wasting a perfectly good slot I could have offered to someone else

I am going to start taking a 50% deposit for new clients and introducing a cancellation fee that’s equivalent to the cost of the full groom (minus utility and product charges etc) if I haven’t been given 24 hours notice.

On another note I am fully booked at the moment (I’m off on holiday for a week on the 22nd April so I’ve had to cram in dogs before I go/when I come back) at the moment I am taking bookings from Wednesday 15th May so please bear this in mind when booking your pooch in
