Customer notice!!!

Due to people booking their dogs in to stay and not turning up, I will now be charging a 20% deposit on all boarding bookings.

I receive numerous messages, phone calls and texts about bookings and I could have offered these dates to another family. I would appreciate any cancellations to notify myself within 24 to 48 hours prior to the dogs arrival.
