Hey everyone 🐾

So I believe I have messaged everyone that asked to be contacted once I had appointments available again. If you haven't received a message, and wanted one then please feel free to pop me a message.

As some of you that have had appointments this week will have seen we have a new member of staff as little Ava is coming to work with me, which so far is working very well as I'm timing appointments with her nap time.

Another thing I wanted to add if any of my regulars are in the position to book up to the end of the year, especially December grooms for Christmas as I will only have limited availability, then please message me to do so.

I have love love loved seeing some of your amazing doggies this week, it's not work to me, it's my passion, and I'm very lucky I'm able to do both that and being a mummy side by side.

I have some exciting news!!!

As I posted earlier this month I will be back to work part time by the end of this month, and I am so excited to see some of my beautiful regular doggies! So if you asked to be contacted for an appointment keep an eye out for a message next week.

Another bit of very exciting news is we will have the amazing Rachael from WAG Dog Grooming based at the salon, Rachael will be taking on new clients, and I will also put updates of her availability on here. Rachael is fully qualified as level 3, and trained at the same college as myself. Another important thing, and probably the most important is Rachael shares my ethos on dog led grooming, ensuring comfort, and the dog's well being over anything else always. As we are separate businesses Rachael will be dealing with her own clients so anyone looking to book in please feel free to pop a message via the link in this post.

We are going to have a bit of a revamp over the next few weeks, we even have a brand new bath arriving next week. So lots of exciting changes but still the same gentle grooming environment.

Keep your eyes peeled for posts with availability, and as promised the people that have requested to be contacted for appointments with myself will be messaged next week.

We are one month in so I thought I'd post a little update. We are all settling in to life with a newborn ❤️

I am looking to start doing some very part time hours nearer the end of September my books will be open to regular customers, and I think may get full quite quickly as I will only being doing very limited hours whilst Ava is so little. I have already got some people that have requested appointments, but if you would like to be contacted when I do open my appointments up properly nearer the end of this month please comment on this post or pop me a message so I can create a list of people to contact and offer out the first availability.

Lastly I miss all your doggies so much, I bumped into one of my regular customers with their pup yesterday and he gave me the best cuddle which made me happy 🐾

We are all so beyond in love!

A time I have been dreading as I have quite a few elderly dogs ❤️

I was very lucky that Misha's lovely owners chose me to bring her to be groomed. I am so glad I got to spend time with such a beautiful soul. This amazing girl did so well in her later years, and was such a gentle, and loving dog. She was very lucky to have equally amazing owners that thought the absolute world of her and looked after her so well.

Rest in peace beautiful girl, and run free at rainbow bridge 🌈❤️.

Last full week of grooming completed today at 34 weeks before maternity kicks in ❤️

I am grooming a very few amount of regular clients doggies in July that I just couldn't fit in to this last week. It has been crazy busy! I will be stopping completely in time for the summer holidays to spend some one on one time with my daughter before she has to share me ❤️

I also just wanted to say a massive thank you to all my beautiful customers for all your well wishes and some beautiful gifts. I am so grateful and blessed with my job, I love what I do and I love all your doggies so much 🐾

I will keep everyone updated with my plans on dates that I will be returning to groom part time, and my inbox is always open. I will also keep posting as I still have some pictures that need to be uploaded, and I'm sure you will all get a baby update too 💖

Thank you for always trusting me with your doggies and I hope to see a lot of you in the near future 🐾

It's grass seed season!

These little painful grass seeds can commonly get stuck between your dog's paw pads or toes like this doggy. Have a quick check after walking in any grassy areas, and also keeping those feet groomed always helps as we might pick up any you might have missed 🐾

Hide and seek play time and chase this morning with this beautiful girl 🐾

So impressed with this lovely boy. The first time I groomed him he was so nervous of the dryer that meant using this dryer wasn't even possible, but with working with him and not forcing him to just deal with it, this is the result, using the calming hoodies to muffle the sound and help him be calmer with the process. So proud of him! 🐾🐾🐾🐾

As a dog groomer one of the most important things for me is creating positive experiences for the dogs that come in to me to make sure they are happy and comfortable with being groomed. This little one was not so sure of the dryer and wasn't happy being on the table whilst I used the hairdryer, so we played lots of ball to turn it into a fun experience which will help her going forward as she will associate it with something she enjoys, just look how much happier she is standing there at the end even without the ball! 🐾 (Please excuse my puppy voice 🤣)
