A massive CONGRATULATIONS to Lesley for completing her course.
Lesley embarked on a journey to be able to groom her own lovely dog Josie. Josie was absolutely the perfect model for Lesley to learn with. It was a joy guiding and sharing my knowledge with Lesley.

Lesley learnt about Josies specific coat type, the best equipment to use throughout the groom and for home maintenance. We covered bathing and drying techniques best suited to her breed, brushing and styling and how to adapt her groom style in the future. We also discussed handling and how to adjust handling to assist Josie throughout her life. Lesley groomed Josie beautifully and had a gorgeous calm nature throughout.

30 Day Course - Days to suit your current situation

During this course you will undertake a 30 day course to give you as much hands on learning and experience as possible. We want you to walk out of the academy fully equipped to become not only a fully qualified dog groomer but also a groomer with confidence and the right ethos to embark on a successful career for yourself.

No experience necessary as full training will be given

Guided Learning Hours: 300
Award Type: Diploma
Assessment Method: Portfolio of evidence, workbook and practical assessment
Qualification Level: 3
Entry Requirements: Learners must be aged 16 or above and must be comfortable working around dogs of all sizes, breeds and temperaments
