Due to an increase in no shows we will be taking £15 deposits again to secure appointments. When you make an online booking please expect a phone call from us to pay this deposit and anyone booking in person will also have to pay it. The deposit can be taken off the total of your groom on the day or be kept as a rolling deposit if you wish to make future appointments with us. We have a 48hour cancellation period so if you need to reschedule then let us know as soon as possible so we can give your slot to someone else, if you do not show or contact us within this period to reschedule you will risk losing your deposit.
