Hi everyone!
Sorry I’ve been slack with everything recently, I’ve been in an absolute love bubble the past week!
I went and rescued a dog last Friday, with no idea on what I was going to do with her, I just wanted her safe before she was put to sleep or given to the wrong people. I was going to try and find her a home myself, but I have found my soul dog in the process and she is not going anywhere!!
So meet the new member of my pack, the new shop dog and the love of my life, Breeze 🥰
She will win all of your hearts over I can promise you that much! Can’t wait for everyone to meet her 😍
I am off tomorrow so please call me if you need booking in etc.
Much love, Georgia and Breeze ❤️

This is how well behaved Bonnie was for her first full groom! Goes to show what a nice calm environment and trust between dog and groomer can do, see you in a few weeks Bonnie ❤️
Safe to say he had the most amazing time in the shop, his tail didn’t stop wagging!
On Saturday I met this gorgeous Westie called Bella 🥹
She absolutely stole my heart and this is what she was like the whole time! Such a sweet dog to have in the salon and the bestest behaved to groom!
I absolutely adore this breed ❤️
Words cannot express how greatful I am to every single one of you.
Your kindness is unexplainable. I have always said I’m the luckiest and most spoilt groomer but this year, when times have been hard for everyone, you have still gone out your way to baffle me, this is crazy! I’ve never been spoilt like this!
I’m tearing up just writing this, I really do feel so lucky, from your cards, presents, money tips, or even just bringing your dogs to me.
I know how hard this year had been trying to stay afloat and I do not expect anything from anyone, and below in this video, that’s not even all of it, after I went through all of this I found another two bags full!
I’m extremely lucky and thankful to be able to share this with Kirsten, my bather on Thursdays and Fridays and Ellie, my trainee who works Monday, Tuesday and Saturday.
Without these two girls I wouldn’t be able to groom half the amount of dogs I do and I could not be more appreciative of all their help and hard work, they are both amazing with the dogs and deserve the same recognition as what you guys give me, so massive shout out to you two!
I’m relieved I have some staff members to be able to share this with 😅
That’s me done now for 2022 and I will see you all again in 2023.
I have a huge long list of dates I need to book in so please do let me know if you would like to be added to the list, or if you can, I’d be super greatful if you can book your dates in using this link below:

Have the bestest Christmas and I will be returning to work on the 3rd January,
MERRY CHRISTMAS 🎅🏻 and a HAPPY NEW YEAR 🥳
Georgia ❤️❤️❤️
These two crack me up 😂 little and large 🐶
Bruno, what’s more exciting than your first visit to McFluffy’s?
‘Nothing’ Bruno says 😂
He was like this the whole time after his puppy groom 🙈
Yesterday I met Beautiful Beau!
What a pleasure it was, from such a nervous girl to come into the shop, to running around, jumping all over me and playing with all the toys 😍
Such a sweetheart and we made the grooming fun! Knew I could bring her around 🥰
See you soon pretty girl ❤️
Everyone meet Ted.
Ted came in to me 2 weeks ago, a very nervous boy, he did well with his puppy introduction but he was very scared of being away from his family and with strangers to the point he wouldn’t even let me put his collar back on him ☹️
There’s nothing I love more than a dog who wants to come into the salon, so I asked teds parents if they can bring him into me once a week for socialisation and bonding.
This was his first socialisation session, good thing is this boy LOVES other dogs so it’s pretty easy to get him to enjoy his time with me, just give him one Jammy and he had fun 😂
He also fell asleep (which he didn’t do last week due to being too stressed) and he let me put his lead on him! I couldn’t even touch him last week!
He also had his first session with PRAMA Dog Training which I’ve been told went amazing so anyone who is looking for a dog trainer, contact Barry.
Maybe Ted will never want to run into the salon like some dogs, but if he tolerates it, let’s me stroke him, and secretly has fun, I’ve done my job right ✅
MATTED DOGS!
Let’s talk about matted dogs… it happens!
Certain coats are much harder to manage and I completely understand that, I will recommend a grooming schedule for your dog and the correct grooming equipment to use.
I want to preach that I HATE shaving off dogs, it’s not what I’m about and anyone can see that by looking through my page, I want to please my customers, human and dog so I won’t just shave your dog for no reason.
Please understand it isn’t a ‘quick groom’ for us groomers as it’s a very dangerous process clipping off matts tight to the skin and we have to take extra care, time and attention whilst doing this, it also blunts our equipment.
Below is a video of a dog from last year I’ve had to shave off, as you can see there is nothing else I can do but take it all off and start again unfortunately. I didn’t just ‘skin’ this dog for no reason.
Like I say, it happens to the best of us and although I love your dogs fluffier, I will only ever do what is best for your dogs, I know you will all understand that, but please don’t blame the groomer for having to shave your dog!
Safe to say Branston had a great time on his first visit to McFluffy’s 😍
