The all important puppy groom! I always recommend that a new puppy have at least 2 puppy grooms before they have their full groom. It's so important that they are comfortable and happy to come to the salon and to have them in as soon as they are fully protected by vaccinations means we see them during their "inquisitive stage", before they reach the "anxiety stage" meaning that by the time they are ready for a full pamper session, they are already used to the noises, smells and sensations. This is superstar Hugo in for his very first puppy pamper, the after video will follow.
