still not really sunk in that I won’t be
dog walking anymore 🐶

I’ve had this week off before starting
my new job on Monday and tbh, I’ve just
daydreamed of the fluffs 🙈

Goodbye 🥹

Well, today was my last ever day of dog walking.
I had the most magical but emotional week! 😭

Saying goodbye to my furry friends and their
owners was never going to be easy but the
love, emotion and kindness everyone put in
to my last few days we’re overwhelming and I
can’t thank you all enough ❤️

Thank you again to every single client I’ve had
since starting 8 years ago, for trusting me with your furries and allowing me to be part
of their little lives 🥹

I’d also like to say a massive thank you to Kirsty @ Walkie's Dog Walking Service for coming together 2 years ago and making our enclosed private field a dream come true for us both! ❤️
And of course it wouldn’t have been possible if
it wasn’t for our amazing Farmer who listened to us and made our dream a reality 🙏

This is a section of my life I will never forget! 🐶

I genuinely love every single one of your little ones and even though I’ve smooshed them all with soggy kisses, please give them a wee extra one from me tonight 🥺

🥺 Important announcement 🥺

Hi everyone,

This is something I’ve been dreading but unfortunately the time has come to hang up my leads and put away my walking boots.

As some of you know, I have been suffering from back pain for years but recently it’s been getting worse and even with a diagnosis, chiropractic treatment, and physio it’s still not getting much better.

I have changed a few things around to try and help this situation- Building an enclosed dog walking field, cutting down to one walk and unfortunately giving up my strong fluffs but nothing has helped and my pain is just getting worse.

For my physical as-well as mental health I feel it’s best to concentrate on getting better. It’s been the toughest decision. My business is my life but I really need to follow my head and not my heart on this one.

I will be giving my notice and of course trying to accommodate my clients to a fellow walker if needed.

My last day will be Friday 26th May.

I will keep my page open- You can have a look at the fluffs pictures whenever you wish and of course- my inbox will always be there, so please update me with your little ones as I will genuinely miss them like crazy! I also won’t pass down a wee doggy play date- So the hint is there for an invite, but I’m sure they will settle with whichever new Auntie or Uncle they have in no time and will forget all about their auld Auntie Shiv 😂

I have thankfully been given an opportunity to work within my parents family business which will be less physical for me, it will be a massive change but it needs done.

8 years of loving clients fluffs and I promise I will always have a place in my heart for every single little one I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting! ❤️‍🩹

Thank you for everything over the years!

🥳 BIRTHDAY PARTY ANNOUNCEMENT 🥳

It was this little mans 12th birthday yesterday,
Yes 12th!! 🥹
Still runs about like a wee spring chicken 😂❤️

His mummy has kindly invited Indy’s furry friends to his birthday party tomorrow evening around 6pm at The Dug and Bone- East Kilbride 🐶

All fluffs must be accompanied by an adult 🙊

I unfortunately won’t make it due to already arranged plans but I’m sure Indy Pops would love to see some of his Precious buddies if you’re able to take them along 🥰❤️

Please pop in comments if you can attend so his mummy has a ruff (see what I done there 👀😂) idea of numbers 🐶

I’ll also give you a wee code word to say to staff for security reasons. So just let us know 🥰

❗️Freezing temperatures ❗️

Guys,

We always make sure we take extra precautions for our fluffs when it’s too hot but the colder weather can be just as dangerous and I think this is the first year I’ve had to pop a guidance post up regarding ‘How cold is too cold?’

Tomorrow’s walk will be around -5 ❄️

As usual I will take all precautions necessary regarding the weather and look out for any signs of struggles from the fluffs ❤️

While saying that, if you think your little one would prefer to be at home and you’re around please let me know asap 🙏

Could you please make sure a
coat/fleece is left out 🥰

Oh- A wee heads up of how you’re roads have been would be amazing also as the thought of getting stuck up a hill again is a tad nerve racking 🙈
