Just a heads up for any beach-goers.. Our local beach has yet again been issued with a pollution alert! Unfortunately this is becoming a regular problem, not just around here, and is worrisome not only for swimmers but for our dogs too!
This particular beach has had 11 sewage/discharge/runoff alerts IN JULY ALONE! 🤮🤢 It's a massive, sandy, and apparently dog and family-friendly beach which, in normal summer weather, is absolutely packed with people!!!

Ocean and river pollution is causing a variety of illnesses in dogs so please keep an eye out if you're heading to any beach! It's often especially bad after rain/bad weather so be extra cautious if you're heading out then.

It's worth downloading the SSRS app so you can set alerts for wherever you live 😁

NB also keep an eye out for dead birds (bird flu) and palm oil lumps as they're all HAZARDOUS to dogs 🤦🏻‍♀️🫣😬

So this happened today... My 10,000th sale was made on Etsy! Madness!! Happy is an understatement!
I genuinely can't believe I've physically handmade that many items (even more if you count fairs and off-Etsy sales!) and also that my little sewing machine has coped with that many! 😅

It's bonkers to think my little business has reached so many people, and in so many countries; I'm constantly amazed at the global coverage a tiny business such as mine can have these days. I'm so proud (and freaked out a little!) that there are dogs roaming the prairies in Montana, and up in the Alaskan Arctic wearing my collars, surfing dogs in Australia sporting my gear, and somewhere in Hong Kong a little Pomeranian is strutting it's stuff in my designs ❤️

I just want to say a massive thank you to everyone at home in the UK and to all my international customers and followers that have placed an order, shared posts, tagged their friends and interacted with me over the last 6 years - you're all fantastic!

If anyone is looking for a night or two away from it all in the Worcestershire/Herefordshire area, I can totally recommend Rosemore Farm Shepherd Huts It's a working farm (so pup will have to stay at home!) but it's still super peaceful, with a fab hot tub! 🐄🐑
