Just had one of our customers who lives near Tollbar garage get in touch to say her siamese called Noodles has gone missing if anyone spots him please let me know & i will pass on any details. He's a light creamy peach colour with a distinctive blue collar with white fish on it & a bell.

Just a quick update regarding payment methods. Cash is fine upon collection but if paying by bank transfer we ask that from now on payment is made before collection. This is to save me & the customer the embarrasment of having to remind them they've forgotten to pay. The simple fact is you wouldn't stay in a hotel or do your food shopping & then pay a couple of days latter when you've remembered. I'm sure most of you can understand this from a business point of view. Thankyou

Just had Noodles in for a long stay. He's a bit of a character to say the least & a killing machine despite the bells on his collar to warn the wildlife he's always bringing his owner dead & alive presents, his proudest moment was dragging a dead squirrel in the house, although getting into a neighbours house & knocking over a cabinet & smashing an expensive glass ornament certainly ranks up there!

If everyone can just take a moment to read our terms & conditions regarding cancellation we'd appreciate it. If you have to cancel we do like a full months notice as if under a full month we require 50% of the booking & if under a week or no notice at all then payment in full is required. If we receive a full month it gives us a slight chance to still fill the pen. If people can please appreciate that just because we operate from home its not a hobby it's a business! , just the same as if you booked accommodation for yourselves, you'd not expect to receive a refund. With us only being a small cattery it's crucial we fill the pens as much as possible. For those not sure our opening times are strickly 9 to 11am and 4 to 6pm , any other times by prior arrangement, we think a 2 hour window is more than generous & quite often when a customer collects at tea time that pen is required for the following day as bookings for the pens are often back to back. One final thing regarding payment, cash or bank transfer is fine whichever suits but we would like to encourage people to pay in full upon or before collection, especially were bank transfer is concerned, as i find it awkward having to chase customers up. Recently had the pleasure of these two tabby cats Max & Mia. Max the lighter coloured & Mia a dark tabby , very friendly. The first time Max came in was quite timid but very bold & confident now & buts his way in for a fuss.

Recently completed this catio for one of our customers to keep their cat safe whilst still being able to get some fresh air. Solid roof will give plenty of shelter from rain or sun. Was a pleasure to make for the cat concerned to give him a taste of the outside.
