Thrilled to announce that competitions affiliated to British Dressage - South & East Region will be returning to Earlsway Farm in Suffolk and will include classes ranging from Introductory through to FEI Grand Prix including freestyle. What a year it has been. But, at long last, there is light at the end of the tunnel.
Busy as ever here at Earlsway Farm. Full to the rafters with horses, (who are all happily munching out in their paddocks), while we are busy catching up with all those jobs that can't be done in the winter. Lots of pressure washing, lots of painting.

Although we are currently full we are still welcoming any prospective clients to come and view our facilities. Our wait list is now open.

COVID-19 - Earlsway Farm Livery Centre

The current outbreak of COVID-19 is causing huge disruption across the world in day to day life, and this does not exclude livery yards. The increase in restrictions has seen many yard owners asking questions about how best they can protect themselves and their clients during this time. We currently have the following protocols in place:

Non-necessary visitors to the yard will be restricted. This includes friends and family.

Handwashing - As per government guidelines and common sense. There is hand soap available in both the tackroom and toilet areas. Everyone to wash hands on arrival at the yard and before leaving.

If anyone experiences symptoms (new cough, high temperature) follow official public health guidance which is easily accessible online. And please do not come to the yard.

Do not touch other peoples horses.

Do not touch/use other peoples equipment.

We will endeavour to spray disinfect all main touch spots at the end of every day.

Earlsway Farm Livery Centre is located in the picturesque coastal village of Bramfield, Suffolk.
Our facilities offer two 20m x 60m arenas (indoor/outdoor), 60ft roundpen, horsewalker, solarium, secure brick built, heated tackroom and miles of well maintained off road riding tracks.
American barn stabling all with rubber mats and automatic drinkers. Both yards have hot and cold water in wash bays.
Individual turnout, 24hr supervision, security alarmed and CCTV.

Equine Influenza

Given the recent news regarding Equine Flu, Earlsway Farm Livery is taking the following precautions:

Any horses arriving on the premises must have their passports checked before they are off loaded.

Any horse not correctly vaccinated or showing signs of ill health will not be permitted to compete/have lessons and will be asked to leave the premises. Vaccination must be within 6 months.

This is subject to review based on evidence/guidance from the AHT and BEF.

We have a duty of care to the horses stabled with us, and we thank you for your cooperation with this matter.

Last minute visit by Guido Louis to Earlsway today. Both horses achieved so much. If you are experiencing any difficulties with your horse you really should get him to help. Happy to organise some future clinics if anybody wants me to.

Fabulous day with Guido on Sunday. All of the horses that he worked with again are progressing perfectly. We are hoping to have Guido back again during the summer so if you are interested in booking a session with him please let me know as spaces will be limited.

That's the pressure washing and painting finished for another year. 18 stables and 2 yards completed. Plus various other bits of tidying up and being ruthless with stuff that we never use. Thanks to Sam Bryce and Robert Parker for your help.

Great to catch up with old friend, Guido Louis, at Earlsway this morning. He came to do some work with one of our livery horses and owner using his logical horsemanship methods. I can safely say that horse and owner are very, very happy. If anybody is interested in us organising a day clinic with Guido then let me know.
