We have a pair of male guinea pigs and two single males available for adoption. The single ones could be introduced to a female in future (both are neutered). They are cheeky chaps with great personalities. They love to be hand fed fresh vegetables, and of course make a lovely sound when they hear the rustle of the veg bag. They will need a spacious hutch and a run for the garden to stretch and play. They could live with children of 10 plus. Typically the average guinea pig lives for 5-6 years, so please think carefully before applying, as sadly children can sometimes become bored with small pets. Scout - 1 year - Male - White and Tan - CrossbreedMeet bundles of energy Scout. He is a 1-year-old Hound x Beagle. He came into our centre as his owners could no longer care for his needs. Scout is full of life and, as such, will need training/socialising. Scout is very bouncy and is still a puppy, so will need toilet training. Scout loves scent games and his long walks, with his nose always down to the ground having a good sniff. Scout is strong on the lead, so will need an owner who is physically able to hold him on the lead and give him the physical exercise that he really enjoys. He has separation anxiety, so will also need someone around most of the day. We are looking for experienced dog owners with a good-sized, secured, privately-owned garden with 6ft fencing as he can jump. He could possibly live with another dog to show him the way.
