Update, just seen my consultant this morning, very pleased with my progress so I’m back to work tomorrow, as you can imagine I have lots of catching up, many of you pre booked for this month and next which is all going ahead, If you have phoned or text for an appointment I’m gradually getting through the list and will be in contact to make your appointment, thank you for your patience and understanding see you all soon lisa 🐾🐾

Update surgery went well ,thank you all for your lovely comments of support means a lot 💕I had booked 4 weeks off being very hopeful , my consultant wants to see me in 4 weeks so I won’t becoming back till he gives me the all clear he has pre warned me it could be longer, annoyingly I will have to push back all appointments from march 19 th , I will contact everyone that’s booked in over the next week to reschedule, I’m so sorry for inconvenience but I don’t want to bu**er up my surgery, thank you all for being understanding , I will be back as soon as I can Lisa 🤞🐾

Hi just to let you all know I’m going for shoulder surgery today, so I will be out of action for next 4 weeks , I will be able to to manage the bookings , I have a few inquiries to get back too which I will sort out in the next few days , as soon as I know how it went and when I will be returning , I will keep you all updated 🐾thanking you all for your support and patience 🐾🐶🐩🐕‍🦺🐕

Happy New Year to all my lovely customers!
I hope everyone has enjoyed celebrating both Christmas and the start of the new year and I am looking forward to seeing you all again in this coming year 🎉

Important Notice⚠️

In order to cover financial losses throughout the year as a result of missed appointments and increased overhead costs I will be raising my prices and implementing a rollover deposit system, taking effect from January the 4th.

Price Increases

Small/medium short haired - £5 increase
Small/medium long haired breeds that require cutting -£5/£7 increase
Large long haired breeds and those that require cutting - £7/£10 increase

Please note-
Prices can sometimes vary due to a number of different factors (i.e. frequency of visit) and until I see your dog I cannot give an accurate price 🐩🦮🐕🐕‍🦺

Deposit system

All clients will be asked to pay a £30 deposit fee when booking an appointment (or for those who already have appointments booked, this will be taken on top of the cost of their groom and held for the next appointment).

The deposit will only ever be forfeited if 24 hours notice is not given before cancelling an appointment.

For customers who do not plan to rebook or attend regularly then the deposit will be taken at time of booking and you will just be required to pay the difference after your appointment.
For those who are rebooking, each time you will effectively be paying the difference and the £30 deposit again at the end of the appointment.

The deposit will be returned on request when you wish to stop using my services for any reason - the deposit will only ever be lost if 24 hours notice is not given before cancelling/moving the appointment!

If you do want to adjust the time/date of your appointment please ensure you do this 24 hours before the scheduled appointment in order to ensure you do not lose your deposit.

Dugley was my Guinea pig today as tried a new app for the background , I know it’s early but couldn’t resist the Christmas one , from December 1st I will be taking more Christmas pictures of your fabulous dogs hopefully I will get better at it 😊

Thank you Benji’ s mum for the lovely flowers , so glad benji is feeling better now that nasty grass seed has been removed , they can cause all sorts of problems when embedded, such a good boy taking it out bless him , he’s doing well and feeling happier 🐾💕

To all my lovely customers, I have now officially relocated. I will be contacting everyone before their appointment with the new address and if there is any problems please give me a call. The phone number hasn’t changed - 01293 823223!

The new address is 86 Sangers Drive, Horley, Surrey, RH6 8AN. Follow the footpath down the side of the house, first gate on the left, will lead you to the salon!

Some of you will have already had appointments at our new location and I just want to say a big thank you for supporting me with this move. I’m extremely grateful for you all! Hope to see the rest of you soon! 🙏❤️

It’s that busy time of year , I am a small business struggling with rising overheads , when clients no show just don’t turn up it costs ,, I am then turning away clients because I’m booked up when I could actually do them ! I’ve put up with this all year losing lots of money every year , I really can’t do this anymore so there will be a cancellation charge £30 in place if I do not get 48 hours notice , I hope you all understand many thanks Lisa 🐾🐶🐩🐕‍🦺🐕
