For adoption: Gabbie - 18 months - medium (IN THE UK)
Gabbie (the beautiful brindle lurcher in the video) has to leave her current foster home in 2 weeks because of prior commitments. We desperately need to find her another foster home or adopter beforehand. As you can see she is sweet, friendly and can live with other friendly dogs. She eats well, is housetrained and loves to play zoomies with the other dogs where she is living.
There is only one major problem. Gabbie is terrified of the wide, wide world and is petrified of going out of the gate. When she sees her harness she runs and hides. She can be taken in a car to a secure field where she loves charging round but she can’t be walked on the roadside.
What we think would be best for Gabbie at the moment is an adopter who doesn’t mind a dog that they can’t take out for walks. It may be that eventually when there is a lot of trust she may want to explore further but there are no guarantees that this will happen.
If you have a fairly large garden where Gabbie could run and play to her heart’s content ( She would enjoy another dog to play with) and would be happy to play with her in the house and garden only please contact us:

For adoption: Pluto - 6 months - medium
Pluto was found abandoned with his mother and 5 siblings near our shelter. His mum is medium sized and we expect Pluto to be about the same size, or maybe a fraction larger, when fully grown. He is a handsome boy who enjoys a cuddle, is good with people and other dogs and has made friends with the shelter cat.

Hayley, Huck and Hobbit, our three small sized puppies, are great with kids
For adoption: Benji - 5 years - medium -IN THE UK
This stunning boy is Benji. As you can see he is a handsome dog, housetrained, walks well on the lead and is good with other dogs. He has never lived with children or cats so we are looking for an adult only home. Benji is a smart dog who enjoys learning tricks and has done some agility - he probably has a lot of border collie in his background. Owing to a change in family circumstances, which has upset Benji so much he has become over protective of one family member, we need to find Benji a new loving home. He has lived as an only dog for four years but would enjoy living with another dog. Benji has had an external assessment and was considered a really lovely dog. He responds well to his holiday dog sitter and a neighbour who takes him during the day at times.
