IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT
Dear Clients
MMnM are having to update our Terms of Business. Unfortunately this has become necessary due the increasing number of late cancellations of appointments. Going forward any appointments that are cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be invoiced at full cost of the original appointment.

There have been occasions where clients have had a short notice requirement which could not be met due to bookings being in place which have then been cancelled at short notice. We operate a strict limit on numbers to ensure we can look after your dogs safely. Demand for our services is high so we are regularly at maximum capacity.

Also we would like to remind all clients that we operate a minimum commitment of one-half day per week. Should we have to prioritise which dogs we accept we will consider if this criterion is being met.

Please note that our terms of business state that invoices must be paid in full within 7 days of the date of the invoice.
