Been to Kings Equestrian for judge training with Sarah Leitch this weekend. Really helpful live training worth the journey although took us 8.5 hours to get here, the m5 was closed because of an accident. Stayed in a lovely airbnb and had sometime in Hereford yesterday which is a lovely shopping centre but not enough time to shop hope to come back.

Had a fab couple of days writing at the the regional finals at Bicton. What a joy such lovely horses and riders. Well done Gemma for running a great show.

We did some pole work with Dazzle this morning. This really improves suppleness, strength and rhythm. We put him over poles on the straight followed by a leg yield. Poles with shorter and longer distances. Raised poles and on a curve. Well done Andrea, l! It's really important that they do this in the right outline so they exercise and strengthen the right muscles.
