Christmas is almost here, so let’s take the time to thank all our friends and riders for the great year we’ve enjoyed. We’ve all had fun and hopefully everyone has learnt a lot ☺️
So let’s enjoy our Christmas hacks on the 23rd and 24th, and have a great Festive Fun Day on the 28th.

Here’s to a happy and successful 2024 for us all.

Finn is making lots of progress under the saddle, hopefully we’ll be seeing him in some lessons soon 😍

Duke is now officially retired from the riding school. He is thoroughly enjoying being treated like a King in his new home amongst all his new goat, donkey and alpaca friends 😍

However…

Introducing ‘Finn’ our new member of the South Pasture family 😍 hopefully he’ll follow successfully in Duke’s hoofprints and provide as much pleasure as Duke has done over the years ❤️

We have added a new Fun Day date for the Christmas holidays on the 28th Dec (thurs) please call the yard or message to book in ☺️
We are also doing our annual Christmas hacks this year for the 23rd (sat) and the 24th (sun) which includes a fancy dress competition. Prizes for the best fancy dress 🎄🎅🏽

Halloween Fun Day pictures 🎃

Despite the complete wash out during the jumping we had an amazing day on Tuesday! All the children remained in good spirits and all deserve a medal for withstanding the weather in the morning!

A couple of weeks ago Dusty and Mr Ripley took some time out of the riding school to go to our local show. We couldn’t resist posting these photos to show how stunning our ponies look.

*HALF TERM DATES*

Due to many requests we have decided to put on 2 events this coming half term 😍
- 31st Oct (Tuesday) Halloween Fun Day
- 2nd Nov (Thursday) Fun Day

Both days will be full of pony games, jumping etc. A fancy dress competition will be held on the 31st 👻
Prizes will be up for grabs and rosettes for all.

Well what an amazing day we had yesterday!

The children were brilliant, the ponies foot perfect and the sun shone all day. Couldn’t ask for much more! We hope they all enjoyed it as much as we did 😍

Brilliant start to our summer holiday fun days!

The kids were amazing and it was lovely to see some pushing themselves out of their comfort zones and reaping the rewards (smiles and rosettes!) They should all be really proud of themselves 😍

Welcome to the world ‘Dixie Chick’

Amber wanted no human intervention (she’s an independent woman) so mid-morning on Sunday she gave birth in the field 3 weeks early 🫣

We already know Dimple and Dixie are going to be the best of friends ❤️🦄

We are asking everyone to please be extra vigilant when driving/reversing on our car park- our old girl Ellie sadly got ran over on the car park this week.
We know most people are already careful- this is just a friendly reminder to keep an eye out for our little dogs.

And that’s a wrap on our Easter Fun Days! We had a brilliant day yesterday, the ponies looked amazing for the ‘best turned out’ competition and sported their looks all day 💕
We all had a tonne of fun and we’re looking forward to the May half term - dates available soon!
