Please can people book in advance to avoid disappointment

I will be also taking £10 deposit if you have cancelled or no showed or new customers
These last 2 months have been the worst i have none and been doing dog grooming for 11 years
As From new year I am sticking to my days so if I have slots can book in but if I don't I am not squeezing you in or opening another day I have to organise a baby sitter for people not to turn up and it's not fair.

Last 2 weeks I have had a lot of no shows
I have to get a baby sitter which is unfair on her and me being out of pocket as this is my job if I have a few days notice I can cover it but just to not show and not let me no is unfair if you have no showed and wanting to book in you will have to put a deposit down

I am open 4 days a week some times I do work other days but not often and only when I can as I have 2 children
And it is important that you pick up and drop of your dogs up on time as I have the school run to do
