Sooooo this happened yesterday……so very proud of you Poppy Basson , not only for showing strength and resilience in everything life chucks at you, being kind, funny and a little bit crazy.
Working hard both on yourself and your struggles, holding down a job whilst studying at Nottingham Trent University AND achieving a 1ST CLASS HONOURS DEGREE ( high 1st for her dissertation!!) which took a lot of stress. (No AI involved)
All your hard work has been recognised ……. We love u so much… time to save & travel maybe😀❤️🙌🙌🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳

Great day yesterday with these two lovelies, no rain, traditional Indian breakfast, lots of chatting & laughs, tried some different yoga styles (accidentally)!listened to my huge playlist on the way, in my new car, tripping me down memory lane 🎶, purchased some crystal bracelets to help combat pain and the dreaded menopausal symptoms (10 years in, no HRT allowed) connected with ‘strangers’… overall feeling a little revived 😊✌️✌️🙏🦋😍

Having just completed this amazing course myself, not necessarily to become a yoga teacher, but to deepen my knowledge of yoga, deepen or even just acknowledge my beliefs, and generally a bit of life enrichment, this course is absolutely lovely, Sue Woodd is so knowledgeable and interesting, kind and down to earth. All the teachers are amazing, linking nature to our practice, our lifestyle, asanas to our meridians, breath to our well being, meditation, philosophy, and more.
I just want to highly recommend this course to any of you.. based in Farnham, sharing the benefits is definitely what I do want to do … &mentalwellbeing ❤️ 🙏

So this happened today, I passed my 200hr ‘Seasonal Yoga’ TT course. Just a toe dipped really, so much to it . Changing yr practice seasonally, eating seasonally, complimenting the organs related to each season as in Chinese medicine, chakras, meridians, yoga philosophy, asana, meditation, nidra, pranayama & Ashtanga 🙏. It’s been a lovely experience with lovely people and amazing teachers full of knowledge &yoga #🙏
