PET GROOMERS AND ENGLAND LOCKDOWN

1. We are Open ‘for welfare reasons’
In accordance with the guidance for pet groomers delivered on behalf of the Government* on 4-Nov-2020, “An owner may take a pet to be groomed by appointment if the grooming is necessary for welfare reasons.” (source: www.cfsg.org.uk/coronavirus)
Please be reassured we are working closely with all our staff and our pet-owning customers to ensure compliance. Thank you for your understanding.

2. Covid-Secure: we have strict safety and handover protocols in place
We are following the strictest guidance to ensure our workplace is Covid-Secure to protect our customers and staff. This includes staggered appointments, regular cleaning and observing the Handover protocol provided to us by the Canine and Feline Sector Group on behalf of the Department for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra).

We are delighted to announce after receiving confirmation from the pet industry federation, we are officially allowed to remain open 😊 all appointments for November are therefore confirmed. Please ring the doorbell on arrival we are not allowing customers into the salon. Thanks so much for your support 🐶 ❤️ 🐶

To all our lovely dogs first customers.We will be contacting Leeds city council first thing tomorrow morning to ask there advice weather we can continue to remain open during the new lockdown. Dog grooming is such a grey area and during the previous lock down there were many mixed messages. We will keep you informed as soon as we know more. Thank you for your patience and understanding ❤️ here we go again!!

Morning everyone 😊 we are delighted to announce we are now officially open!
We have an update from defra,the pet and environmental sector, they have confirmed it is safe for dog grooming salons to open, as long as they are sticking to social distancing rules and have a system in place so there is limited contact as possible. I will explain our new system in detail when arranging appointments with you.

I am prioritising people in order,who have missed appointments due to the closure of the salon.with the current situation I have a huge back log of customers to fit in, so please be understanding we are doing everything we possibly can to get you an appointment as soon as possible. If you already have an appointment booked of course we will honour that, if you’d like to be on our waiting list please just let us know 😊 we are so happy to be back and can’t wait to see you and your fur babies soon! 🐶 ✂️ ❤️
