We only use chemical free soaps and shampoos and always use a restraint free service, no straps or cages are involved. Here at The New Old Library we are a passionate team who continually strive to offer only the very highest standards. We will provide your fur baby with a quality service in a safe and relaxing environment, just like they are part of our own family. Each groom starts with a health

check where we will assess your fur baby and introduce him/her to the grooming area where they can roam free and investigate so they get used to the area and myself before their groom takes place. We only use chemical free soaps and shampoo's rich in vitamins and oils so they condition and nourish the skin and hair leaving your fur baby feeling silky soft and smelling gorgeous! We are a restraint free service so no holding straps are used during the grooming process.
