FOXY DOGS:
Please do not panic if you haven’t received a confirmation email and text of your appt booked online. If you are an existing dog customer and you have received the appt requested email and paid the deposit, your appt is in the diary. If you need to re-schedule your appt please re-book online and we will refund the extra deposit when we are back.

If you are not an existing dog customer and despite the online booking page info stating to not book but you decide to do it anyway, PLEASE DO NOT BOOK your dog with us if you have not been to us before. We still get people doing this weekly and it costs us time & money to take & refund deposits etc - STOP PLEASEEEE! Rant over….. Please text us to be added to the waiting list. 07484 912 793. If you book, your appt request is not successful even if you receive an appt request your deposit will be refunded when we are back and your appt cancelled.

FOXY CATS:

Thank you for being my home for the last couple of days. This gorgeous cottage is a brilliant location, super dog friendly, has a wonderful garden and the decor is beautiful…. The perfect place to just ‘be’ and relax by the sea 🌊. You must stay here!!!!!!! I can say I am rejuvenated (despite still having a bad back 😂😂😂)

WE ARE 6 next week (posting this now as I will definitely forget to do it otherwise)!!!! Wowwwwweeeeee what a 6 years it’s been. Since our 5 year anniversary we have had a tough year, but we have had sensational understanding & support from you all through the ups, downs & appointment disruptions between my hospital appts to exploding water pipes, heatwaves, Max being unwell and then sadly losing him. Sadly, we have also had quite a few of our OG Foxy pooches cross the rainbow bridge which hits my heart hard.
Honestly, it’s been a really really tough and very sad year for us. However, it has also been an incredible year filled with lots of love, with lots of laughter and the sun peeking its beautiful face through the dark clouds.

I’ve always been very positive but this year has taught me a lot about letting go of negativity towards things you can’t change. It’s taught me about love and loss and most importantly seeing the bright side, that we are & were so lucky to have these four legged troopers in our lives.

I like to think we are all a Foxy family and here for each other when we need. So, thank you to all that have been there for me, Ginny, Kana & Hana and made keeping Foxy Groomers up and running amongst the utter chaos that is life a little easier. Big love to my amazing family & friends too.
We wouldn’t be here without you all and you lot keep us going in so many ways and I am truly grateful for your loyalty, trust, friendship, love and appreciation ❤️

Thank you for all your lovely messages following the previous post and sorry for not individually replying. Max had a beautiful send off on Sunday morning in the sun with a big fat steak and a fillet of salmon surrounded by everyone that loved him and he loved. It was just him & I together when the moment came and he had his cheek nestled in my cheek. When he went, I felt his spirit come into my chest. He will always be with me. It was really very special, but of course, the pain I am now feeling is unbearable at times. Please bear with us over the next couple of weeks as we do lots of ‘firsts’ and adjust to life without him being here physically. Thank you for all your support through this time, can’t tell how you appreciative the Foxy team are of your patience and understanding. See you all soon ❤️

We are back to where it all started at the amazing Absolutely Animals who taught me everything I know, but, this time doing (close your dogs’ ears) cat grooming training.
