Morning,

This is just a polite reminder about my policy I have had to put in place due to a couple of no shows & late cancellations on the day.

If a no show happens I will have to take 50% of the groom price due to making a loss of income and me not being able to fill it last minute, if payment is not received before making a new appointment or your next one being booked in I will have to reschedule your appointments.

Cancellations:
I require 24 hours notice for cancellations, appointments cancelled after this time will result in a 50% fee of the groom price before I can rebook.

Late appointments:
If you are more than 10-15 minutes late to your appointment I will unfortunately have to reschedule your appointment due to it making me late throughout the day.

Being self employed and having a no show is extremely frustrating and upsetting, please cancel with as much notice as you can. I have customers that I’m desperately trying to get booked in with me being so busy.
