And what was my Lads dog Roo doing while i was grooming today ?? not a lot. Its a dogs life isn't it. He is spending a couple of days at granny Dawns. haha. Both Roo and my little dog Sniff are now sitting in the sunshine up the garden. Its lovely out there today. Have a wonderful weekend everyone and hope to see you all soon. ###

Buddy makes me laugh. He is brill being groomed until you reach for the nail clipper. oowwee this chap will go into a melt down screaming up the wall SOOO nope we do not do them and he is so much more relaxed knowing that. lol Good boy buddy. 💌

Hello Luna. She has had a fab summer but now needs to get sorted out for the wet muddy winter. She will be wearing a coat for a few weeks in the frosty mornings but ooo she will dry off quick and feeling so much younger.

4th dog of the day and just look at him, isnt he cute. This is Herby. He had a bit of a wobble while doing due claws today but it only takes a few seconds each so he soon recovered with a cuddle. He is tiny. the clippers are nearly the same size. ###

Morning Lexi. not sure if spelt with an i or y but she isnt bothered. When this little girl walks through the door she is shaking and a quivering mess, Lord knows why as you can see she is fine once we get started and the radio is turned on. silly girl she knows we love her really. ###

2nd dog Saturday. This is Orla. She is one of the larger dogs i still work with and often takes the micky by refusing to stand up to have her bottom groomed. Other than that she is a gentle soul . Well don Orla you were a star today.

Hay everyone meet Nicky. My 1st of 4 dogs this Saturday. Nicky has been coming to visit his Aunty dawn for over 14yrs since he was 4 months old so we know each other pretty well now. He can sometimes have a mood on him but is one of my mates who calms down when i sing to him. 😂One does not tell him off for any reason or he changes into a crocodile. lol. He is so pleased with himself after his groom is completed and his lead goes back on.

This years Christmas pick and mix will be needle felted brooches. I have made over 70 so far and 45ish left in the salon shop. All are one of a kind and may not be seen twice. Give me a shout if there is one you fancy and remember to have a look for your gifts to friends when you next visit. lots and lots of different patterns.

Rosie and Drizzle were 2 out of 6 dogs that came to visit their Aunty Dawn today. Rosie just makes me smile with her cheeky face 🥰

Well i suppose this is one way of cleaning the porch out. No worries the grooming room is dry. As long as the Electric stays on all will continue as norm tomorrow being Monday. Please collect your dogs on time. If you cant make it through the floods do not to worry as we will just reschedule. ### Stay safe and as dry as possible.

That the last dog done, salon deep cleaned. Off on my girly holiday with my daughter tomorrow.
