Unfortunately due to arthritis with my hands getting worst last couple of months I won't be taking any more new customers with dogs over 25kg.

Despite pandemic 2021 was a good year.
I've builded my new salon in back garden. After obtaining all needed permisions and licenses it was finished to higest standards and filled with latest equipment. All courses and qualifications I have sign up has been copleted and passed with distinction.
All to provide best service to my customers.
Emmi pet teeth cleening as new service has been very popular leaving my fluffy friends with sparkling white smiles 🐶
Of course non of this would be possible withut my lovely customers and their support.
Im very thankful for all of you supporting my small bussines and for year 2021 ❤
Salon re opens on Tuesday 4th of January.

It's only Tuesday and the busiest time of the year for groomers. I already had a couple no shows for a total of £110 this week 😔 all regular customers.
And I'm sure no-one would like that money to be taken from their pay check.
I operate in online booking system. It should send out appointment reminders 24h before but something can always go wrong. System might be down or offline. That's why it's customers responsibilty to remember date and time of their dogs next groom. If you are not sure please text me and ask I'm here to help.
Please call or text if you cannot make your appointment. Any cancellations made in less that 24h will be counted as a no show. In case of this happening twice customers will be asked to find a new groomer that fits better with their schedule.
