RSPCA Block Fen Animal Centre is a rehoming centre with dogs, cats and small animals looking for new homes. We also have a pet accessories shop. THANKYOU

Here at Block Fen most of the animals have been rescued from neglect and bad treatment by their previous owners. When they come to us they are often nervous of strangers. We spend weeks, sometimes months, looking after them preparing them for a new life and a second chance. We look after cats, dogs, rabbits and other domestic animals - at any one time we are caring for over 150 animals. All our an

imals are looking for someone to offer them a new home, to be a friend and look after them. In return a pet will offer fun, friendship and loyalty. It costs the RSPCA over £1,400 a day to run Block Fen Animal Centre. The RSPCA relies entirely on kind donations from people like you. If you would like to support us, or you have room in your home and in your heart to take on a rescue animal, please pay us a visit. We look forward to seeing you. After the amazing response from everyone who helped us out with our heat lamp appeal we also recieved some goodies for our cats! 😺

We would like to say a massive thank you to Sharon Kingston and Panther who was adopted from us. Gizmo, Franklin and Molly were more than happy to accept the lovely gifts. ❤️

We would also like to say a massive thank you to Charley Onslaw for the donation of cat food which Sooty showed her appreciation for by giving it a good inspection 😻

With winter well and truly underway, we are appealing for items to help keep our residents warm and cosy during their stay with us 🙏

We are in desperate need of:

🐾 Thick Bedding: our shelves are looking very thin on the ground. If you have any spare thick blankets or non feathered duvets, please consider donating them to us. We have lots of bed sheets and towels but it's the thick blankets and non feathered duvets we are desperate for.

🐾 Heat lamp bulbs: Our kennels are all fitted with heat lamps but our bulb stock is very low 😰. Bulbs can be purchased via our amazon wishlist.

Today we have a double from besties Zoe and Terry 👅😝🐾🐕

Its been an amazing few days here at Block Fen....Zoey (Brindle) has been reserved and will soon be heading off to her new forever home 🥳🎊🎉

And....

Meet the cats at RSPCA Block Fen Animal Centre that have been overlooked because of their colour 💔

Here at Blockfen we go through a large amount of cat food pouches! Our adult cats typically have a pouch of meat in the evening however as you can imagine it soon adds up. 🙀 Do you have any unwanted cat food? Has your cat decided they don’t like the food you are offering so you have had to change to a different brand and now have some sitting in a cupboard? Today was a special day for Blaze! He finally got the happy ending he deserved and went to his new home 🥰 Here he is having a final cuddle with his handler Alice, before setting off to start his new life 💙 Alice is our Apprentice Animal Care Assistant and she has been a huge part of Blaze's RSPCA journey.
