Hi Everyone, I’m Susie, the face behind Leadership Dog Training! Just over thirteen years ago I took my passion and love of dogs and qualified as a professional dog trainer; I have been running Leadership Dog Training ever since!

My approach revolves around kind, reward-based training methods within small group classes and 1-2-1 settings. Training takes place at my own outdoor training ground in Markyate which is designed to replicate the real-life environments dogs experience.

Since we have been able to offer small group classes we have had a lot of fun and puppies have worked really hard as well as their owners and we are seeing great results

I am pleased to announce that Leadership Dog Training has reopened
I am able to offer 121 classes outside in the large paddock and we have Covid 19 safeguarding measures in place to protect our clients

We have made some improvements to our training ground
Now we have 6 acres of paddock including a secure off lead socialisation area - 2 training fields and a Fun Agility area
Once restrictions are lifted and classes can resume there will be plenty of space for clients and their dogs to work in
