Beautuful Tintico came in today to donate some blood for a little furry friend, her sad eyes here are just pleading for a biscuit!!
Here at Stokesley we use fresh blood donations as required but if you would like your dog to donate then there is also a pet blood bank and they often have collection days locally.

Morning every one meet the new staff pet!
Drummer has a nephew, meet Dudley , no guessing which pub he is named after !! he came in last week to meet Vet Rachel and have his second vaccination , now he has seen Rachel he will return next month to
Meet one of our lovely nurses Kate or Laura , just for a weight check to see how
he is growing and of course most importantly for cuddles so he associates the practice with friends and treats, puppies that have seen our vet for the first vaccination can see our nurses for the second vaccination.
As part of our vaccination program we invite our puppies back just to have a positive experience and meet the nurses again , without having any treatment this visit allows the puppy to spend a little with the nurse and interact and leave only with positive experiences
Our reception team will book this for you after the vaccination course is complete@

Good morning!
Due to an overwhelming volume of prescriptions sat waiting for collection we feel the need to change our protocols!
Please still allow 48h when you order your prescription, if we can get it to you sooner we will but the 48h gives us time to order the medication if we don't have it in stock, allocate it to your account and have it checked by one of our vets or nurses.
We will text or call you when it is ready so you can then make payment in practice or over the phone within 48h.
All prescriptions including flea and wormers on our Practice Health Club must then be collected within 7 days.
Thank you for your cooperation ๐
Is anyone missing this cat from Stokesley? Please contact the surgery 01642 710234 if you recognise the cat in this photo. No chip Thanks

Our lovely nurse Laura is starting basic puppy classes again on Tuesday evenings 5.30 til 6.30pm. It will be a 4 week course starting after vaccinations are completed for puppies up to 4 months old. Please ring reception to register your interest.
Does your cat love chilling out? We would like them to be less stressed when they visit us as well so we are re-establishing our cat only clinics.
They will run on Tuesday afternoons and Thursday mornings, for both vet and nurse appointments. Please ring and reception will accommodate your needs.
Does your dog or cat have stinky breath? Bring them in this week for a free dental check with one of our nurses and if a scale and polish is required they can get you booked in whilst our dental discount offer is still available ๐
Meet Guiness, this adorable Labrador came in for his final post op check today (or so we hope!)
He's given his mum some sleepless nights over the past couple of months with needing not one but TWO gut resections!
Guiness likes to eat things he finds on his walks, first a corn on the cob then a month later a large stick, both sadly got stuck in his intestines and required surgery to remove the object and a small section of gut as well due to the damage caused. Fortunately he has recovered well thanks to the surgical skills of Rachel and Gillian, post op care from the whole team and most importantly his mum!
Morning everyone
