Teddy came in today for a bath, blow dry and light trim, he was a perfect gentleman and beautifully behaved and was very relaxed especially in the bath, he really enjoyed his bath and was comfortable and confident while I was drying him, well done Teddy☺️❤️.

Rudi and Poppy came in for a summer cut and blow dry, both were very well behaved and relaxed during their time with me Rudi in particular enjoyed his bath and Poppy’s favourite part was being dried she seemed to really enjoy the cool air on her ❤️☺️.

Travis has been coming to see me for just under a year now and I am so proud of him as during his last visit he allowed me to do more on him than I have ever done before as Travis really dislikes being groomed, he’s never aggressive or snappy but makes it as difficult as possible for the groomer. So I am very proud of him, it was such a big breakthrough for him, well done Travis 🥳🥳.

This lovely boy is Archie and he had his first visit to us, he was beautifully behaved and a joy to work on, he was a little unsure when I first got him on the table but he very quickly settled and was very relaxed, he particularly enjoyed his cooling bath and I discovered also that he likes lots of cuddles.☺️❤️.

May I introduce Susie who today had her first visit to us, she was a little nervous to begin with but with some reassurance she soon settled and really enjoyed her bath, not too sure about the dryer but we got her dried without causing her too much discomfort, Susie is the sweetest little soul and it was a pleasure to have her company ☺️❤️.

Little Skye is tiny and very gentle who likes being held and is very brave she particularly enjoys having a bath and is very good at standing still while I brush and dry her❤️☺️.

Teddy and Jack are regulars and we have a very good routine that works for us, Teddy is always done first under the watchful eye of Jack and while Teddy has a well deserved nap I do Jack, who has come along in leaps and bounds when it comes to drying his Ears and and his face, well done Jack❤️❤️.

Sweet Bonnie who is as pretty as she is sweet. It’s always a joy to have Bonnie’s company and wonderful to work on, she takes everything in her stride and her tail is always wiggling ❤️☺️.

Baggins doing what Baggins loves doing best and that’s snoozing 😴 especially after a relaxing cool bath on a very warm day, once I had him dry, he adores the hair dryer, I removed all his feathers and lightly clipped his body to get him ready for the warmer months ahead. He was a very good boy and very happy to go home for an even longer snooze 😴 ❤️.

Margot had her second visit to us and it was lovely to see her again, she has the biggest personality and has no fear, she adores Bumble who is a calming and comforting presence for her being so much older. Margot particularly enjoyed her cooling bath and blow dry, I gave her a light clip and she took it all in her stride ❤️❤️.

This is Rosie who is only seven months old and today was her first trip to a groomer and it was my pleasure to introduce her into the world of grooming. She was very brave but a little unsure about having her head and ears done either with the dryer on when I had to trim around the area but with lots of patience and reassurance we got the job done. Well done Rosie ❤️☺️.

These two fine boys are Barley and Purdy who lead very active lifestyles and both came in to get them both ready for Summer. It was Barley’s first time visiting us and he was a trooper being very well behaved and took it all in his stride, he was especially impressed with the treats given. Purdy had been before as as before he was very well behaved ☺️❤️🤗

Boo came in for her annual clip in readiness for the hopefully coming warmer weather, she is a feisty young lady with a huge personality and I adore having her company, she’s utterly fearless but she loves a nice cuddle❤️☺️.

These two gorgeous girls are Kiana and Maia and today was their first visit to Bumble and I. Today was just for a pampering bath and dry, both were very good and enjoyed their baths, Maia wasn’t too keen on having her beautiful long ears being dried. ☺️❤️

I adore doing a transformation groom, this is Teasel and he is a working boy who came in for his Summer cut, he was such a good boy and consequently he didn’t take long to do at all. He’s such a sweet boy and very patient❤️❤️

This is Skye and she is the sweetest little girl who is very good girl while she is with me as I’m sure she is at home. Her coat comes out beautifully after I have finished brushing and drying her, it’s so soft to touch but consequently can be prone to matting which her family keep on top of beautifully between grooms❤️☺️.

It was my pleasure to welcome Margot and introduce her into the world of grooming. Margot is just six months old and was impeccably behaved and very brave, she loved Bumble and was very eager to play with her when she first arrived. Well done Margot☺️❤️.

Doodle came in for a treatment. He’s a funny chap, very lovely and affectionate who loves fuss and can’t get enough of it but really dislikes having a bath, he doesn’t mind being dried or clipped or when I am using scissors but as soon as he gets in the bath he’s becomes a different dog so we are as quick as possible when bathing him and I am sure he appreciates this❤️☺️.

Dexter makes me smile, he never fails to look miserable when I get my phone out to take his photograph😂, he’s a beautiful boy, who is happy and playful and I look forward to his visits which happily is often. He has a stunning coat which feels so silky to touch ❤️☺️.

Molly is fourteen years young and is in fine fettle. Today was only her second visit to Bumble and I and she was much more comfortable and relaxed than on her first visit. I take her coat back short to make it easier for her and her mummy especially around her head. Well done Molly for being so brave 👏☺️😉.

Lexi and Lou-Lou came for a bath and blow dry and de-shed to remove their undercoat, both are the sweetest souls and are lovely to work on. As you can imagine it takes a long while to dry them but they are both very good and patient☺️🥰❤️.

Sophia is one big huge space of love and affection. She is just adorable and is very good at being groomed, she’s getting over her anxiety of the dryer and during her visit I managed to get both her ears dried, a challenge on previous visits, well done Sophia your so brave🥳👏 ☺️.

Lola has been coming to me for a long while now and Bumble adores her, she’s very sweet and really dislikes being drop off by her mummy, she absolutely fine once mummy has gone, today she was particularly good at being dried, something she has never really liked. Such a pretty little lady❤️☺️❤️.

This is Luis, he’s a Tibetan terrier, who leads a very active life and is a lovely Dog to groom, his tail is always wiggling, his coat is always in wonderful condition even when he is longer coated❤️☺️❤️

Poppy is the most loving and sweet little girl and Bumble and I always look forward to her visits. She is hand striped and stands beautifully while I work on her, unfortunately I have to use scissors on her legs and under belly as her coat around these areas doesn’t come away easily enough to be striped by hand. ❤️☺️❤️

Monty looking a little sad at being photographed. He’s a very good boy to groom and is very well behaved while he’s with me as I am sure he is when he’s not. He’s particularly fond of being dried especially around his face which is quite unusual in a dog, well done Monty.❤️☺️.

Millie isn’t a huge fan of being dropped off by her family but once the goodbyes are over she accepts the inevitability well and relaxes, she’s very good at standing on the table. Millie is a very gentle soul who has the most beautiful coat, its texture and colour are just lovely as she is☺️❤️.

I’ve had the pleasure of grooming Max since he was a puppy, he first came to visit when I first started up as a groomer and we have a good routine and he trusts me as I trust him, he’s got a beautifully soft coat that feels like silk when he’s been dried and brushed. Nobby and Amber are two very fortunate little souls, both are rescues from Romania and really landed on their paws with their family who bought them to England. Nobby is hand stripped and I usually only give Amber a light trim around her hygiene area after a bath and blow dry. Both are such characters and very loving ❤️❤️.

After an illustrious 25 year career in horticulture working as Head Gardener at some of the finest private estates in England, Jacqueline is now following her passion for dogs and has swapped her secateurs for clippers and re-trained as a professional dog groomer.

Passing her City & Guilds Level 2 at Huntingdon College of Animal Welfare, Jacqueline now brings her love of creating beautiful gardens to pampering and grooming your pooch, from the comfort of a professionally converted garage in Castlethorpe, Milton Keynes.
