Floppy Lops Wirral T&C’s

Our bunnies will not leave us until they are 10 weeks old. If a kit isn't ready, we will hold the bunny until they are.

Deposits are non refundable and non-transferrable (can not be swapped between bunnies). If you reserve 2 bunnies & change your mind to 1 bunny, the full remaining balance for the 1 bunny is still to be paid. The deposit for the bunny you no longer want is non-refundable. The only time you will get your deposit back, is if a bunny becomes unwell in our care.

The remaining balance for the bunny is to be paid the day before collection.

If you want to breed our bunnies, please tell us. Some bunnies may be ‘pet home only’ and would not be suitable for breeding.

The well-being of our Bunnies is very important to us and we will decide to whom we home them. If you find that you can no longer care for the bunny, please message us first, we would hate for the bunnies to go on to a bad home or rescue centre.

If the bunny is not collected on the day that has been arranged we will assume that you are no longer wanting the bunny. This will result in you losing your deposit. We will then work down the waiting list looking for a new home. We will make every effort to contact you first.

Prior to collection we will require a picture of your set up to make sure it’s suitable as french lops need a lot of space (when fully grown, they're big!). No picture, no collection.

Upon collection, the bunnies will only be released to a suitable pet carrier, cardboard boxes etc would not be suitable. We will hold the bunny to allow for safe transportation.
