Over today and tomorrow I’ll text or call all early May clients that are booked in to see what we can do. I’m trying my best to get as many people in as I can before I hang the clippers up.

Thank you all for your support over the years. I’m so proud of the business I have built, and I couldn’t have done it without you all. I have loved each and every dog that I’ve had the privilege of grooming, it’s meant a lot to me that you have trust me to care for your dog and I’ll miss them all so very much xx

Happy New Year… I’m back!!

I think I’ve messaged everyone that contacted me when I was away but if I’ve missed anyone, just pop me a message as some might have not come through or if you called.

I’ve got a few appointments lefts the w/c the 22nd of January and a couple dotted about into February too.

If you are worried about making your appointment let me know, as otherwise you will still be charged for your appointment if you don’t show or turn up late without warning!

If you let me know I won’t charge you, and I can move you to a different time or day.

All customers new to pay a non refundable deposit to secure the appointment paid by bank transfer or cash into the salon.

From January 2024 ALL customers will need to pay a deposit to confirm their appointment. I’m just in the middle of trying to work out a better system to track this.

I’ll put this information out when I’ve worked it out 🫣🤔

Meet Betty my new pup, some of you may have already met her when she’s been fly around the garden between appointments! She an Italian greyhound, 14 weeks old and absolutely crazy but such a cutie so she gets away with it 🥰

From October 16th I have a fair bit of availability though November is nearly full and I’ve opened my December/Christmas now appointments too.

December appointments is open to regular clients only at the moment, then in the next week it will be open to new clients.

We have MOVED!!!

As many of you know this move has been due for sometime, but I didn’t want to confirm a date due to trying to line everything up, and to save the confusion.
Then it happened very last minute so I ran with it!!

Over the next few days I’ll be going through my diary and contacting everyone that has a booking over the coming months, BUT feel free to contact me for the new address as this information will only be supplied directly when an appointment is made, but I am now based in Hamsterley Colliery, NE17 7PE.

I am sorry for the lack of warning for some, and if anyone needs to cancel, reschedule or has any other questions please pop me a message.

The salon is fabulous and ready to go, but as I work thing out I’ll post more information about access and all the new changes coming up!

Thank you again to you all for your love and suppry over the last 18 ish month as it’s been very challenging due to a change in personal circumstances but I am very excited about this positive move and can’t wait to continue with my little business and groom your beautiful pups!

I have no idea if I’m going to have any data or access to my messages but I will try.

My next available appointment is the 2nd of May and have a few that week, other to that it’ll be from the 15th of May.

April is nearly full, with two appointments left available.

I am on holiday from the 14th to the 26th of April and I won’t be able to reply or answer calls or messages within this time.

Mid May is nearly fully booked but I have availability early and late May, so if you want an appointment early May you’re best of booking it now before I leave to avoid disappointment.

Many of you have been asking if I know of anyone that can help care for your pooches while your on holiday, and I’d highly recommend !

Some of you and your pooches may have met Ashley in my salon, as she helped me out massively last year when I was unwell.

Ashley offered to assist me from the kindness of her heart and she just LOVES being around dogs!
