PLEASE READ - I’ve recently had many requests for iced biscuits!

Today I’ve had a play around with an icing recipe known to be safe for dogs. A recipe containing no human by products or unnatural sugars.

My experiment today was a mixture of fresh strawberries, cornstarch and water.

After completing much research, including testing many recipes out, I have come to the conclusion that as a Health & Nutritionist for dogs - I cannot bring myself to make or sell these. These will be making their way straight into the bin!

Ethically they break every moral being in me.

The research and experiments will continue. So watch this space.

In the meantime, please research the treats you are buying with icing. You’ll be surprised to know what’s in them and the harm they can cause.

I get so excited baking! Definitely a very happy place for me! So many have asked where I get my recipes from and the truth is, me!

I will literally spend time creating recipes whilst talking to my iPhone to record my experiments. Every consideration is made to what I put in. The benefits to the dogs. The taste. The smell. The shape and size! Baking is love ❤️ Then when I am happy with them I release them!

To me, baking is a beautiful science and shouldn’t be approached half heartedly.

After allowing the ingredients to combine and sit for a week in the fridge, today was the day to get them dehydrated and baked! Ooh, wow! So flavoursome with an awesome crunch and longer shelf life!! Yay!

Hello everyone! I’ve been sunning myself for the past few days in Marrakesh. A much needed break! I will be back in the bakery from Monday.
