‼️BUSINESS UPDATES‼️

🐾 Consent/new customer form 📝
consent form, this will be additional to the new customer form. The new customer form you only fill in once & I amend it if you have any personal detail changes.
The consent form will need to be signed before hand. Some new specific terms will be added this is to protect myself, you & the pet.

🐾 Prices/Charges 💰
for regular customers who are on a regular schedule, that pre book, that have paid their rolling deposit will have a discounted price for their regular sits and walks.

🐾 Deposits & payments 💰🧾
I take a 50% deposit on booking a appointment, this is mandatory.
When you become a regular customer on a regular schedule I do a rolling deposit, so my regulars pay one deposit which I keep & after the appointment they pay the full total & I roll the rolling deposit against the next groom and so on, this saves having to pay one everytime you book.
Deposits are non refundable unless is exceptional circumstances but this is at my discretion. The only time a deposit would be refunded upon request is if I was too cancel your appointment with in 24 hours of your appointment or if I didn’t re offer you another appointment OR you give me at least 48 hours notice of cancellation of your appointment.
Deposits/rolling deposits will be forfeited if you cancel without at least 48 hours notice & you will have to then repay this in order to rebook.

We are insured, DBS checked and currently qualified in equine and animal care and management.
