Hi everyone, I’ve had a few messages lately about the hot temperature and grooming, just wanted to do a quick post to let you all know that the salon has Air conditioning β„οΈπŸ˜Ž

If possible please park as close to the salon as you can to minimise exposure to the sun/heat.

⚠️ If however your dog struggles with the heat or has medical issues then please don’t hesitate to contact me prior to their appointment so we can discuss the best option for them. Your dogs comfort and safety is our main priority at all times ❀️

I’ve put a huge bright yellow sign on the door, and yet somehow people still aren’t reading it πŸ˜…

It’s super important that dogs in reception are given space, some are dog reactive or have been rescued and don’t like other humans.. this is how dog fights and accidents happen.

So please please respect our customers and their dogs space, and wait outside until reception is free.
