If you book an appointment to come and view boarding accommodation but then change your mind, at least have the decency to call or email to say you aren't coming. I'm trying to get animals cleaned out in the pooring rain and I don't have the time or energy to wait around for 1/2 an hour for you not to turn up 🙄
