Flexi allows you unlimited cancellation or rearranging of your appointment.

Our £5 slots require day before cancellation but with Frolics Flexi you're in control and will never lose out.

It has been great to see so many of you at our four acre field this week.👋

We hope our customers and their animals enjoyed their walk. 🐕🐾

We accept payment by PayPal, bank transfer or cash.

If you cancel the day before your slot then you can rearrange, free of charge to a date and time that suits you.

If you have to rearrange on the day then unfortunately we will struggle to reallocate the slot with such short notices so a refund will not be issued.

🛑 As a responsible dog owner, I would never allow you to walk your animal in weather conditions that are unsafe and will ALWAYS rearrange if the weather conditions are extreme and dangerous to you or your dog 🛑

We want as many of you to enjoy The Dogs Frolics and are here to answer any questions you have.
