With 2024 fast approaching are you setting yourself some new goals?

Why not try some Pilates. You will see an improved posture, core strength, flexibility and mobility. This will all help you in your daily activities.

Classes are delivered via Zoom and face to face at Murcott VH and Fringford VH near Bicester. It does not matter if you have never tried a Pilates class before, all exercises are explained in detail and demonstrated to make sure you are carrying them out correctly with variations and progression, so there is something for everyone!

Not sure where the year has gone but that’s it for clinics for BORC until 2024 . Well done everyone who has come along this year , lots of regulars and some new combinations too. I hope you have all enjoyed them.

So proud of how far Mav has come on over the last year . Last weekend we had another go at some advanced-mediums. Lots improved from the last time but still lots of homework to iron out those mistakes. He tried his heart out ❤️him

Such a fabulous weekend coaching for t he BORC at camp. Such a lovely group of ladies and ponies . Always enjoy seeing the progress of different horse and rider combinations and love to be a small part of you all achieving new things together. Fabulous day coaching for the Bicester and Oxfordshire RC. A day for practicing curving lines over poles and fences . The rain held off mostly HORRAY !!!! Great job everyone 👍.

There is lots of variation with each exercise so it does not matter what your current fitness level is or if you have never tried pilates before , everyone can work at their own pace.

Monday, Tuesday, and Friday 10am delivered by zoom
Tuesday 10am at Murrcott village hall
Tuesday and Thursday 7pm delivered via zoom.
