Late Cancellations and NO SHOWS
We are really sorry to have to do this, but we are a small business and late cancellations and no shows are having a very damaging effect on us. We are now forced to make a charge for these appointments, we have people waiting for appointments, so please if you cannot make it to your appointment please inform us with as much notice as possible.
Our new policy is
Cancellations within 24 hours - 50% of the groom is payable
If you fail to turn up 100% of the groom price is payable.
I hope you all understand why we have to do this. Thank you.

Hi everyone, we have been having a lot of no shows recently, this is very damaging for our small business, please give us at least 24 hours notice if you cannot make your appointment, so that your appointment can be offered to another client.
