We are really sorry to have to do this, but due to the amount of NO SHOWS over the last few weeks (mainly by new clients) we are going to ask for a deposit to secure an appointment (at the moment just from new clients). We hate doing this, but we have bills and staff to pay, and these losses are harming our business. Thank you for your understanding of this matter. 🐾🐾🐾

Hi all!
An update on our terms and conditions, plus information about our upcoming price increase (as of April 1st)

🐶Please remind yourselves of our NO SHOW policy which is pinned at the top if the page.

🐶If your dog has FLEAS, we are now having to charge a disinfecting fee (£5 on top of standard grooming price) to cover the costs of disinfecting the shop before we can bath another dog.

🐶 If your dog is MATTED we will NOT brush it out, this is very painful and stressful for the dog and we are a Humanity over Vanity salon. Dematting a dog is a lot of extra wear and tear on our equipment and takes extra time than a standard groom, therefore an extra £5 - £15 charge will be added to your standard grooming fee depending on size of dog/ severity of matting.

PRICE INCREASE!!
🐶We have held our current prices for the last 12 months and have tried everything to keep costs down, however due to the ever increasing cost of running the salon we are having to increase the price of grooms.
All full grooms include: bath, brush out, styling and nails.

We appreciate all of our customers and so have made the increase as small as possible.
