Well thats another year drawing to a close for us all, its been a manic end for us running up to Christmas, but knowing we have been able to make as many of your pups look their best for the big day always spurs us on.

We would like to thank all of you for being such great customers over the year and we really appreciate your business and your loyalty to us which we hope will remain for years to come. From all the team here at Pristine Pups Ltd we would like to wish you all a very happy and peaceful Christmas and a prosperous New Year.

We are closed for grooming now until the New Year which will allow our hardworking staff to have a well earned break with their families, it will also allow us to give the Salon a makeover as its the only time of the year that we can paint without having any dogs around. When we reopen on Tuesday 3rd January we will unfortunately have to make a small adjustment to our charges. We are very aware that the cost of living has increased for everyone, including us as a business, as all our overead costs from paying our staff a good living wage and our suppliers all increasing their costs have made a rise inevitable. However we will try to keep this increase to a minimum.

Just a little reminder for everyone as we enter the busiest week of the year.. if you no longer require your booking, please give us atleast 24hrs notice so that we can try and refill the gap. Anything less then 24hrs notice will result in a late cancellation / missed appointment fee which is 50% of the grooming cost.

Please remember that this isn’t our hobby, this is our income, so if someone doesn’t turn up or let us know that they don't need their appointment anymore, we do not have chance to fill it and recoup the appointment fee.

Can't wait to see you all this week and make your 4 legged friends all smart and ready for the big man🎅
