Wife and I got our first puppy today. Here he is on his first ride home. Meet Eugene Jeans. He’s a Red Fox Labrador. He’s already vomited on my wife and had diarrhea on our white carpet, but we’re gonna love him so hard.

Today I saw it with my own eyes.

I asked people around and they said he comes there every day and lies down for a few hours.

Then he goes somewhere and comes again the next day!

It's long past time to understand that there are things in life much more important than money, power, and career. There is something in the world called true, selfless Love!

A couple of weeks ago Mike & I were riding our bikes on the boardwalk & came across this sweet soul walking his beloved golden.

She’s 14 & not so good with her legs so he pulls her around on this bed he made so she can enjoy the smells of the ocean. I had to stop & express my love for his extraordinary care ... compassion, kindness,love. I need more people like this in my life!

One day, while I was working upstairs in my office, my German Shepherd came upstairs and stood in my office doorway, barking at me.
Then he walked over to the top of the staircase, barking as he looked down the stairs. He lifted his head, looked toward me, and continued barking.
He walked back and stood in the office doorway again, looking at me, barking.
He did this repeatedly for a few minutes while I worked. It became obvious he wanted me to follow him downstairs. I got up and asked him, “What’s the matter?”
As soon as I asked this, our house began to shake.
Everything on my walls and shelves was rattling.
I did not understand exactly what was happening, but we both ran down the stairs while I yelled, “Let’s get the hell out of here!”
We got outside, and I felt the ground moving.
Then it stopped.
We had just experienced an earthquake. They are practically nonexistent in our region. Somehow, my boy knew it was coming and came upstairs to warn me.
He did many intelligent things in his lifetime, but that was the most amazing.

This warms your heart ❤

Last weekend home owners found a 5-6 week old female eastern grey squirrel in their yard, crying and walking up to them, dehydrated and malnourished. They brought her in. It was apparent something had happened to mom and after a day or two she had braved her way down to seek help. They were told to please watch and listen for siblings and to call if they found any. The following day another call came, her brother had showed up mid day, very dehydrated and covered in fleas.

Here they are a couple days later, cleaned up, rehydrated, full bellies, and back together.

THIS is why when you can’t reunite with mom you ALWAYS make every effort to find them all, and this is why you NEVER, EVER separate siblings.
