A message to everyone -
I’m grateful for everyone understanding how busy I am since coming back from holiday. Sorry for the wait on appointments I’m sure everyone can understand my sisters wedding was highly important to me then going away with my family to celebrate was time to switch off and unwind (if you know me, you know I don’t do that often 😂)
However, since I’ve been back I need to just say if you’ve needed to get your dog groomed else where because I was away and couldn’t get booked in before my hols (I don’t blame anyone for this I won’t be annoyed, i like to think I’m understanding) but would you be able to message me to let me know. I currently have a two/three week wait list and the missed appointment time looses me money and wastes a slot which someone else could use. If you need to cancel give me 24hour+ notice.
I will be doing a no show/under 24hour cancellation fee of 100% price of the groom from now on. I’m a small business, I don’t earn a set wage, my income is based on clients showing up and if I’m being completely honest with all my lovely clients, I’m getting very fed up with being messed around as it seems to be more common than not.
I’m sorry for a bit of a ranting post but I need to be honest with you all, I’m sure it’s understood it’s a minority rather than majority but it spoils the love I have for my job.
