Moved all the walks forward today to get out nice and early so we avoid as much heat as possible. Doesn’t mean they are shut in for longer periods as I pop back later to do a welfare/toilet visit. Stay safe and cool 😎 🐾

Back today burning off the all inclusive holiday. Was a great break but equally lovely seeing all those waggy tails today.

Just wanted to introduce myself. I’m Sam from Dog walks with Sam i provide dog walks and small pet boarding services. How is it Wednesday already?. It’s been a very busy week so far. Poppy and Jet celebrated their birthday’s and 2 new gorgeous boys joined me this week. Hope everyone manages to stay dry tomorrow.

It’s been such a fun packed summer holidays. Lots of fab walks mixed with holidays and shopping trips.
Money doesn’t stay in my wallet for long with 2 daughters.

It’s been a wonderful week of walks.

We also did a special house sit for family so they could have a birthday trip to London.

Jets now a fully fledged assistant and definitely is a firm fave with the dogs.

Eddie still chooses to be the one that ignores me and spends his days finding all the rabbit 💩 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️

Wow what a week it’s been. The heat has made it a challenge but the alarm was set early and we managed to get out before the temperature were too high. After that I provided house visits for a much needed toilet break for the dogs (not me!) and a lots of fuss. Attempted selfies with the dogs - needs more work.

DISEASE OUTBREAK NOTICE!
Dog owners may or may not be aware that there is a diarrhoea and vomiting bug going around in the Salisbury area. There have been a significant number of dogs diagnosed with ‘Haemorrhagic gastroenteritis’ over the past week with many having progressed to the state where they have needed hospitalisation, fluids and IV antibiotics.

Clinical signs to look out for are:
Watery Diarrhoea
Vomiting
Off food
Lethargy

If you have a dog booked into one of our licensed home boarders or kennels please ensure that your dog is not presenting any of the above signs before checking the dog in.

Please can we also ask all our licensed home boarders and kennels to be extra vigilant when monitoring dogs for vomiting or any change in stool consistency and ensure that a vet is called at the early stages so it can be treated before hospitalisation is needed.
