Something a bit different for Pet Pawtraits. My lovely customer asked me to draw her two Highland Cows and include their drystone wall. I thoroughly enjoyed this project using coloured pencil on dark grey pastelmat.

Something different. Mrs Duck, have used my own Photo as reference for this from a trip we did to South Derbyshire in March this year. It was a beautiful evening with the last of the sunshine just fading on this lovely Duck as she sat quietly in the grass.

I am doing an Illustration course with The London College of Art. This is my first submission, set to a brief for 2-4 year old children, done completely off the top of my head it's the largest Illustration I've ever done. The children do look like they've had one too many G&T's!! but they are happy! the piece had to have a happy feel. I received very good feedback from the tutor apart from the children looking a bit sloshed she was happy with what I've done, I was amazed to achieve such positive comments. 😊
